  • Claimed that Parth Pawar's company bought land worth 1800 crore rupees for just 300 crore rupees.

(Ajit Pawar) Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar has been accused by Uddhav Thackeray faction leader Ambadas Danve, causing a stir in political circles. Speaking during a tour of Dharashiv district, Danve claimed that Parth Pawar's company purchased land worth 1800 crore rupees for just 300 crore rupees. Not only that, he alleged that only 500 rupees were paid as stamp duty for this transaction. Danve referred to this transaction as "a blatant violation of administration and rules." He stated that the transaction took place without the land being clear on the 7/12 extract and without taking the original owners into confidence. “This is not a simple land purchase, but a major land deal facilitated by the use of power,” Danve clarified.

'A deal of 1800 crores with a capital of one lakh?'

Ambadas Danve said, “Parth Pawar's company was established with a capital of just one lakh rupees and now that company is preparing to set up an IT park and data center in Koregaon Park. The source of financial strength for such a large project needs to be answered.” Danve alleged that the entire transaction was given extraordinary speed by the government. “Stamp duty was waived in just 48 hours and the entire transaction was completed in just 27 days,” he claimed.

'Elder brother teaches farmers, but bends the rules for his own children'

On this issue, Danve directly targeted Ajit Pawar. “Ajit Pawar tells farmers, do you think everything will be free? But for his own children, land worth eighteen hundred crores is acquired for just three hundred crores and stamp duty is paid only five hundred rupees. So what rule is this?” he questioned.

He further said, “The situation in the state is different. It's hard to tell whether to call them 'Devbhau' or 'Mevabhau'. Even the land of Murlidhar Mohol Jain Boarding is being taken by Ajit Pawar's son, and the land is acquired in two days. But for farmers' lands, files get stuck in the ministry for months.”

'Rules for whom and for what?'

Danve raised serious questions in this matter, saying, "Such land is never available to ordinary citizens. But the rules have been set aside for Parth Pawar. How does land acquired through acquisition get returned? How is Mahar watan land transferred to a private company? All this should be clarified to the public."

He further stated, "Parth Pawar is the son of the Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister. If he has received special concessions, it should be presented to the public on what basis and authority they were given."

'The act of looting the state has begun'

Danve sharply criticized the government over this entire incident. "The act of looting the state has begun. Ajit Pawar is bending rules for the benefit of his family by using his political position. Parth Pawar himself should come forward and clarify this matter," he demanded.

He said, "Files in the ministry do not move for months, but Parth Pawar's file progresses in two days. Isn't this a miracle? They should answer this. After Danve's allegations, there has been significant movement in the state's politics. There has been no official response from the leaders of the Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar faction) regarding these allegations. However, the opposition has indicated that they will corner the ruling party on this issue. Against the backdrop of the state's power dynamics, this allegation may not remain limited to just a land scam but could invite a major political storm before the upcoming elections, as indicated in political circles.
