In the district general hospital, during the nine-month period from January to September, 60 underage girls under the age of eighteen have given birth. Motherhood has been imposed on them at a tender age. It is shocking information that these girls have become unmarried mothers due to sexual abuse and child marriage. The hospital administration has also provided information about the girls to the police as well as the Women and Child Development Department.
