Badlapur News: Badlapur Shaken Again! Assault on Mentally Challenged Minor Girl

The accused entered the house and forcibly assaulted her, threatening to kill her. When the girl's mother returned home from work, she was not speaking to her mother and was in a frightened state. After the mother gained the girl's trust, the girl told her mother everything that had happened. Based on the complaint from the victim's family, the Badlapur police have filed a case under the POCSO Act and arrested the accused. Meanwhile, the accused has been remanded to judicial custody.
