Ladki Bahin Yojana: Check if you're excluded from the June installment amid eligibility reviews.
Published on

Maharashtra's popular Ladki Bahin Yojana faces controversy as several beneficiaries are excluded from the June installment. Here's how to check if your name is still on the list.

The Ladki Bahin Yojana, launched by the Maharashtra government in 2025 to empower women financially, provides ₹1,500 monthly to eligible beneficiaries. However, the June installment has created disappointment among many women, as several names have been unexpectedly excluded from the scheme.

June Installment Delayed, Ineligibility Under Review

While the June payment is yet to be deposited into the bank accounts of some women, officials have clarified that the government is currently verifying the eligibility of all beneficiaries. During this process, names of many women found to be ineligible have been removed from the scheme.

According to official sources, some women had enrolled in the scheme by providing false information, while others continued to receive benefits despite holding government jobs, which is a violation of the scheme's rules. As a result, their names have been excluded from the Ladki Bahin Yojana list.

How to Check If Your Name Is on the List

All women registered under the scheme are advised to visit the official website: https://ladakibahin.maharashtra.gov.in to verify their status.

To check your name:

  • Visit the website

  • Enter your registered mobile number

  • Enter the captcha code

  • Submit to view your status

What to Do If Your Name Is Missing

Women who have provided accurate information and still find their names excluded should not panic. They can visit their nearest Lok Seva Kendra or Gram Panchayat Office to file a complaint and request a review of their eligibility.

The government has assured that genuine beneficiaries will not be deprived and necessary corrections will be made after proper verification.
