BJP Training : BJP Training Year, Mega Campaign in Maharashtra from February 20
Mumbai – The central BJP has declared this year as the training year 2026, making it mandatory for everyone in the party to undergo training. Various programs are being conducted across the country for this mega campaign, and the start in Maharashtra will be from February 20.
National Coordination and In-charge
Shivprakash, BJP's National Co-Organization Minister and Maharashtra In-charge, will be the national coordinator of the mega campaign. Therefore, he will have a special focus on whether the camps in Maharashtra are successful or not. For the western region, former MP from Gujarat, K.C. Patel, has been appointed as in-charge for the states of Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Diu-Daman, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. Information about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Panch Pran' and the 'Panch Parivartan' suggested by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh will be presented to the trainees in the camp.
It is necessary to become a worker first
The core of this training campaign is – to become a worker before leading and to understand the ideology of BJP. It is mandatory for the original worker, new leader, or those coming from outside to undergo training. The aim of this campaign is to prepare an ideological cadre for the next 5 to 25 years. The theme of the training is – 'Organization building through individual development and nation-building through organization building'.
Modern Technology in the Form of Training
BJP workers will be explained the party's goals, policies, and ideological commitments. Additionally, workers will be trained in modern promotional tools, such as creating PPTs, making reels on social media, etc. Selected trainees from the board to the region will be trained first, and then camps will be started for everyone. A fee will be charged for the training.
Training Program in Maharashtra
The Maharashtra campaign will begin on February 20 with a meeting in Mumbai. On this day, a meeting of district presidents, state officials, 14 state trainers, and district trainers will be held. On February 24, a regional meeting will be held in the presence of Union Organization Minister B. L. Santosh. Residential training classes will be conducted throughout the year at the state, district, and board levels. Only the training of Shakti Kendra heads and booth heads will be online.
Training Content
The training will provide information on the party's ideological commitment, working methods, behavior of workers, party history, sensitivity towards society, national and international events, how to respond to fake narratives, how to connect the general public with government schemes, and the use of modern technology.
The training camp will be organized at places with basic facilities. Care will be taken to ensure that the food is simple and the accommodation is not luxurious. This mega campaign will strengthen the party's ideological foundation and provide the right direction for leadership to new workers.
