But now there is an important update for these Mumbaikars. Because a block is going to be taken on the Central Railway line, and it will be taken not on Saturday-Sunday but in the middle of the week. Block on Central Railway Route, When, Where, What Time?

A special traffic and power block has been taken at Karjat station for pre non-interlocking work from 26.09.2025 (Friday) to 10.10.2025 (Friday). Due to this, some blocks will also be taken between 1st October (Wednesday) and 2nd October (Thursday), which may affect the movement of trains.

Central Railway will operate special traffic and power blocks at Karjat station for pre non-interlocking work related to Karjat yard restructuring work.

The information about the block and its impact on train movement between 1.10.2025 (Wednesday) and 2.10.2025 (Thursday) is as follows:

Date and Time of Block:

1.10.2025 (Wednesday) – 11:20 AM to 5:20 PM * 02.10.2025 (Thursday) – 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Traffic Block Section:

Between Bhivpuri Station– Jambrung Cabin –Thakurwadi– Nagnath Cabin to Karjat

Suburban Train Arrangements During Block Period:

Up and down suburban services between Karjat and Khopoli will not be available during the block period.

1.10.2025 (Wednesday)

Cancellation of Down Suburban Trains:

– Karjat-Khopoli locals departing from Karjat at 12:00, 1:15, and 3:39 will be canceled.

Cancellation of Suburban Trains:

– Khopoli-Karjat locals departing from Khopoli at 11:20, 12:40, and 14:55 will be cancelled.

Short Termination of Suburban Trains:

Suburban trains from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus departing at 09:01, 09:30, 09:57, 11:14, and 13:40 will be short terminated at Neral.
