After the Ashadhi Ekadashi pilgrimage, a shocking incident has emerged from Pandharpur. The water of the Chandrabhaga River, which is taken as holy water with devotion, is now being directly used for sale. It is alleged that security guards working in the private company BVG have committed this illegal activity.

A video of this has gone viral on social media, showing the concerned staff taking money from devotees and giving them river water. During this time, there was a flood warning for the Chandrabhaga River, so direct access to the river from Mahadwar Ghat was prohibited. Barricades were installed to keep devotees safe, and security guards from BVG Company were deployed.

However, it has come to light that these same security guards distributed river water to devotees in exchange for money. This incident has caused a wave of anger among the devotees, and the role of the temple administration is currently a topic of discussion. Since the entire incident was captured on CCTV, everyone is now focused on whether the administration will take action against these security guards.
