CIDCO's Big Announcement for Affordable Homes in Navi Mumbai, Lottery Process Soon

CIDCO House Lottery: In the ongoing legislative session in Nagpur, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde made an important announcement for home buyers. He stated that the prices of CIDCO houses have now been reduced by ten percent. This will provide many with the opportunity to purchase homes at affordable rates.

Along with this, a lottery for approximately 17,000 CIDCO houses will be announced in the next two months. This decision will provide great relief to citizens who want a house in Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Deputy Chief Minister Shinde stated in the assembly that these houses are located in Kharghar, Vashi, Ghansoli, Taloja, Ulwe, Kalamboli, Kamothe, and Panvel in the Navi Mumbai area. The prices of all these houses will be reduced according to the new decision. This scheme will be applicable to citizens in the EWS and LIG groups.

As the Navi Mumbai area is rapidly developing, there will be a high demand for these CIDCO houses. Therefore, it is said that this is the right time to participate in the lottery. As the lottery process is about to start soon, CIDCO has appealed to interested parties to prepare the necessary documents.
