Maharashtra Assembly Session: No place to show your face...; Who exactly is Devendra Fadnavis targeting?
Devendra Fandvis: On the last day of the assembly, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis was angry with the opposition. While speaking, he discussed the future of Maharashtra, expressed a firm stance on the plan, and strongly countered the opposition's allegations.
The winter session concludes today. In his speech, Chief Minister Fadnavis said, “My goal is to make Maharashtra's economy 1 trillion dollars by 2029-30. Keep this in mind, our development roadmap is ready. By 2047, Maharashtra will become the most capable state in the world.”
Fadnavis stated that Shivaji's history has been included in the school curriculum and, while responding to the opposition, firmly said, “Mumbai can never be outside Maharashtra.” He also clearly mentioned the beloved sister scheme and the ongoing free electricity schemes for farmers, stating that there will be no changes in these schemes. These schemes will continue in the future.
Fadnavis expressed dissatisfaction over the commotion by the opposition and reprimanded a legislator, saying, “You do not know the discipline of the house. It is not appropriate to comment on false allegations on political issues.” Following this, Speaker Rahul Narvekar warned the opposition to remain calm. The Chief Minister's speech included a vigorous discussion on politics, implementation of schemes, and the future direction of the state.
