CM Devendra Fandvis On Amadas Danve Dhrashiv Dura Big statement on Parth Pawar: (Ajit Pawar) Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar has been accused by Uddhav Thackeray group's leader Ambadas Danve, causing a stir in political circles. Speaking during a tour of Dharashiv district, Danve claimed that Parth Pawar's company bought land worth 1800 crore rupees for just 300 crore rupees. Not only that, he alleged that only 500 rupees stamp duty was paid for this transaction. Danve referred to this transaction as "a blatant violation of administration and rules." He stated that the transaction took place without the land being clear on the 'saat-bara' and without taking the original owners into confidence. “This is not just a matter of buying land, but a major land deal has been struck using power,” Danve clarified.

Ambadas Danve said, “Parth Pawar's company was established with just one lakh rupees in capital, and now the company is preparing to set up an IT park and data center in Koregaon Park. There needs to be an answer as to where the financial strength for such a large project came from.” Danve alleged that the entire transaction was given extraordinary speed by the government. “Stamp duty was waived in just 48 hours, and the entire transaction was completed in just 27 days,” he claimed. In this context, the Chief Minister of the state, Devendra Fadnavis, has given his response.

At that time, he said, "In reference to the allegations made in the alleged land scam case in Pune, I have requested complete information from both the Revenue Department and the Land Records Department. We will present an official stance based on this investigation and the information received. Some issues that have come to light at first glance are extremely serious in nature. Therefore, I will comment in detail on this subject only after receiving all the information."

"To clearly state the government's next direction and action, as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, no support will be given to any such malpractices. If there are any irregularities anywhere, action will definitely be taken. Our grand alliance government believes in transparency, so it will be verified whether there are any irregularities in this case, and if so, strict action will be taken."
