However, the Revenue Department has now clarified that legal rules also apply to canceling the deal, and accordingly, Parth Pawar will have to pay a hefty fine of 42 crore rupees. According to sources in the Revenue Department, a stamp duty of 21 crore rupees was initially paid for this deal. Now, as there is a demand to cancel this deal, according to the rules, the same amount of stamp duty has to be refunded when canceling the deal. This means Parth Pawar will bear a total burden of 42 crore rupees.
A major update has emerged in this case. The investigation of this case has been handed over to the Economic Offenses Wing. The registered case has now been transferred to the Economic Offenses Wing, and the investigation will be conducted by them. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar, along with Sheetal Tejwani, has purchased government land in Mundhwa.
