The campaign for municipal elections in the state is in full swing, and a major meeting of the grand alliance was held in Worli, Mumbai. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde were present at this meeting. In his speech, Eknath Shinde strongly criticized the Thackeray brothers, heating up the atmosphere.

When the Thackeray group and MNS came together for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Shinde raised a question on the Marathi issue. “What exactly was done for the Marathi people?” he directly asked. He also said that if Balasaheb Thackeray were alive, he would never have forgiven such politics.

Shinde stated that Mumbai needs a government of progress, not obstacles. He expressed confidence that the Mahayuti flag will fly this time, aiming to free Mumbai from corruption and mismanagement.

Criticizing Uddhav Thackeray, Shinde said that the Marathi people were deceived due to selfish politics. Development is important, not emotions. He claimed that Mumbaikars have now become aware and will give opportunities only to those who work, not just make announcements.
