Extension for Crop Survey until November 30!
An extension has been granted again for a hundred percent crop survey in the state. This e-crop survey has been extended until November 30. Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has issued orders to all district collectors regarding this. The e-crop survey is necessary to ensure that farmers are not deprived of benefits like natural disaster relief, crop insurance, and crop loans if crop registration is not done. Meanwhile, in the e-survey conducted in the state in October, 36 percent of crops have been registered. However, with the extension, the remaining hundred percent crop survey will be completed. This has provided relief to the farmers.
Bachchu Kadu won't back down!
The leader of the Prahar organization and former minister Bachchu Kadu has become quite aggressive with the demand for farmers' loan waiver. After the court ordered the protest site to be vacated, Kadu has directly warned of a jail-bharo movement. Demanding arrest, Bachchu Kadu and other activists, along with farmers, have headed straight to the police station. Meanwhile, after Kadu's stance, the government has sent a delegation to discuss with him.
