Fierce Attack on Government; If Parth Pawar is Saved, the Chief Minister Will Also Be Accused
(Anjali Damania) Social activist Anjali Damania, in a press conference held today, sharply criticized the government's stance on Parth Pawar, Ajit Pawar, and the related land issue. Damania alleged that the absence of Parth Pawar's name in the FIR is a "deliberate attempt to save him," and stated that if there is any attempt to save anyone during the investigation, the Chief Minister will also be the first respondent in their petition.
Damania said that even though the deed cancellation in this case has occurred, it is necessary to punish those involved in creating fake documents, forgery, and fraud. "Both the giver and the receiver should face criminal action," she said. She also mentioned that a PDF copy of the deed cancellation has been requested and that another press conference will be held once it is received.
Damania also strongly criticized the winter session. “Is this a session or a fancy dress competition? MLAs come dressed like AI photos to present issues. Despite spending 90 crores, the state's serious problems are not discussed,” she criticized. She also mentioned that there is no serious discussion on the leopard issues.
Making two important demands to the government, Damania said that a white paper should be published on the government, grazing, hospital, and educational reservations, as well as temple lands in the state from 2000 to 2025. She demanded that the revenue and police departments immediately issue a warning letter and take strict action against officers involved in irregularities.
Expressing dissatisfaction with the role of the opposition parties, Damania said that even with only one day left in the session, the opposition does not seem to be taking a stand to fight on the issues. When asked about going to court, Damania said that she has made submissions to the Kharge committee twice and has requested a third submission. “If the committee does nothing, my petition is ready,” she said, indicating further action.
