The Supreme Court has now issued important orders regarding stray dogs. As a result, while citizens have received relief, dog lovers have faced a major setback.

Important Supreme Court Orders Regarding Stray Dogs

The Supreme Court has issued important orders regarding stray dogs. The Supreme Court has stated that stray dogs should be removed from all states in the country. This includes removing stray dogs from all public areas such as schools, grounds, colleges, and railway stations. Additionally, there should be a ban on cows and buffaloes roaming on the roads. The Supreme Court has given a period of the next eight weeks for this. An officer has been assigned responsibility for this.

The Supreme Court, during (Dogs), had earlier in the month of August reconsidered the issue of stray dogs and stayed its own order of August 11. The order had stated that stray dogs that were caught should not be released. So far, the Supreme Court has ordered that the caught dogs should be sterilized and released if they do not have rabies. It was also stated in the order that there is no longer a need to manage all stray dogs.
