According to the information received, on the narrow road in Bhacharwadi, an ST bus and a school bus had stopped to give way to each other. While a simple discussion was going on between the two drivers, Vinayak Vishnu Redekar, who was coming from behind on a motorcycle, suddenly got angry and started shouting at both of them. Accusing them of blocking the road, he angrily abused the ST driver. “Is this the time and place to talk? Is this road your private property?” he is seen saying in the video.

As the argument escalated, Redekar struck the ST driver's shoulder hard with the stick in his hand. It has come to light that he also pushed conductor Dinkar Patil, who was trying to calm him down.
