The Coordination Committee of Teachers and Non-Teaching Organizations in the State will march to all District Collector offices across the state on December 5. Reasons behind this:

Stop the ongoing actions based on the incorrect interpretation of the TET results.
Reimplement the old pension scheme (M.N.S. Rules 1982 and 84).
Cancel the education servant scheme and implement the regular pay scale.
Implement the revised three pay benefit scheme for teachers after 10, 20, 30 years.
Cancel the recognition decision of March 15, 2024.
Immediately start recruitment of non-teaching staff.
Stop non-academic and online activities imposed on teachers.
Approve graduate pay scale for subject graduate teachers without discrimination.
Provide all benefits to teachers in residential schools from the original appointment.
Cancel the contract teacher recruitment policy in ashram schools.
Continue the curriculum without closing schools with low attendance.
Resolve all other pending issues of teachers immediately.
Shivaji Khandekar provided information about this and decided to organize this march due to the growing discontent among the teachers in the state.
