Malad News: Clashes between 2 groups in Malad East
Yesterday, a violent clash broke out between two groups during a procession at Pathanwadi, which comes under Kurar police station in the east of Malad, Mumbai. After that, there was a tense atmosphere in the area for some time. However, now the atmosphere is completely calm. A case has been registered against those unknown persons and the police is conducting further investigation. The police are appealing to the citizens to remain calm and not believe in rumors.
What exactly happened?
Yesterday, while the Kalash Shobha Yatra was leaving in the evening on the occasion of Gudi Padwa, two youths were left behind. Therefore, while they were passing by in a rickshaw, they had two saffron flags in their hands. While they were passing, they were chanting slogans of Jai Shri Ram. Therefore, people from other communities heard their voices and stopped the rickshaw and abused them.
Not only this, they were also attacked in which both the youths were injured. The youths have been admitted to a nearby hospital and are also undergoing treatment. A case has been registered against the people who killed the youths. The police have taken one accused into custody. The accused's name is Arshan Sheikh and the investigation of the other accused is underway.
