Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena President Raj Thackeray today strongly criticized the irregularities in the election process and the confusion in EVMs in his speech. Starting with the words, “Today I have brought magical experiments for you,” Thackeray presented a direct demonstration using a demo machine on how malpractices are happening in the voting system.

Raj Thackeray said, “There are voter lists, but ignoring the machines will not work. I will bring to the people of Maharashtra how confusion occurs in electronic machines.” He provided direct evidence of vote theft by saying ‘play that video’.

“For many years we have been shouting, but no one listens. My rallies are crowded, but it doesn't reflect in the votes. People vote, but the results are different. This is all match-fixing,” he alleged.

Raj Thackeray further said, “Local self-government elections have not been held for five years. Voter lists should be clean. Once the elections are transparent, we accept whoever wins. But here, everything is kept hidden.”

He said, “They talk about voter privacy, but what's the use of mortgaging self-respect? On Narendra Modi's birthday, they set up 'Namo Tourism Centers' on forts. How is this acceptable?”

Raj Thackeray also criticized Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, saying, “How much sycophancy is needed just to become the Chief Minister?”

Thackeray said, “This is a very big battle. Maharashtra has always taken a step forward and now too, Maharashtra will stay ahead. I will personally join this march of truth by taking the local train. I will arrive and wait on the first date.”

Raj Thackeray appealed to all citizens, “This march should reach Delhi. The insult to the honest voters of Maharashtra must stop now. Express the anger in your hearts and join this fight.”

After Raj Thackeray's speech, there has been a great stir in Maharashtra's political circles. Due to his statements, the issue of the credibility of EVMs and voter lists has once again become the center of discussion before the upcoming elections. Now, everyone is watching how widespread the 'March of Truth' becomes and how much public response it receives.
