Mumbai University Exam: Mumbai University exams postponed, know the new schedule
Mumbai University Exam Time Table 2026 : In the backdrop of the district council and panchayat committee elections, Mumbai University has decided to postpone all exams scheduled for February 9 and 10. This decision was made to avoid confusion among students. A period of mourning was declared in the state due to the sudden demise of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. As a result, the election dates were changed. Now, voting will take place on February 7, 2026, and counting will be on February 9, 2026.
Earlier, exams in January were also postponed due to municipal elections. Subsequently, there was a plan to conduct exams in the first week of February. However, due to the implementation of the election code of conduct, exams scheduled between February 4 and 6 were canceled.
The postponed exams will now be held on February 17, 18, and 20. Additionally, the exam scheduled for the afternoon session on January 28 will be held on February 23 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The revised exam schedule will soon be communicated to all colleges and students, according to the university.
