Former Amravati MP Navneet Rana and MLA Ravi Rana celebrated the Diwali festival in a unique way by including the underprivileged sections of society in the celebrations. The Rana couple celebrated Diwali in front of their residence with the blind, disabled, and leprosy-affected brethren, which has been widely appreciated. During this event, the state's Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis communicated over the phone, extending Diwali greetings to those present and congratulating the Rana couple on their social work.

However, on this occasion, Navneet Rana launched a strong attack on Bacchu Kadu, Uddhav Thackeray, and Raj Thackeray in her speech. She said, “Today, some theatrical people are going around telling MLAs to be killed. You were an MLA four times, a minister twice, but back then you didn't care about the farmers' issues. Now, however, the drama has started.”

Navneet Rana further targeted the politics of the Thackeray brothers, saying, “Family coming together is our culture, but today Maharashtra is witnessing that two brothers have come together only for power and position. After coming to power, they have joined hands for money and party division. The Thackeray family has now become a name of compulsion.”

In her speech, Navneet Rana indirectly criticized Bacchu Kadu, saying, “Some people have become 'former' today because they never put their hands in their pockets. They just kept talking, did no work. The former MLA of Achalpur holds wealth worth crores. I told him ten times, give me your wealth and take mine. But a farmer's son shows them down because the farmer was unhappy.”

This speech once again raises the possibility of intensifying the political dispute between the Rana couple and the Thackeray group. While the Rana couple's Diwali celebration, linked with social responsibility, resonated with the underprivileged, Navneet Rana's direct political statements have stirred up new excitement in the political atmosphere.
