Parth Pawar Guilty, Ajit Pawar Not a Saint, Damania-Kumbhar Aggressive Stance
New allegations have emerged in the alleged land scam case in Pune, with RTI activist Vijay Kumbhar making sensational claims. According to him, a letter and signature in the name of Parth Pawar were used in this case. However, Parth Pawar had already clarified that the letter and signature were not his. This land transaction took place on May 25, 2021, and all related documents have been submitted to government agencies, Kumbhar also stated.
Vijay Kumbhar alleges that this has been going on for the past five to six years, with documents being prepared through a single notary lawyer. He has made a serious claim that Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was aware of all these developments and that the case was being protected from a senior level in the state.
Why no action against Parth Pawar?
In this case, a case should have been filed against Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar, but Vijay Kumbhar alleged that it is not happening due to political pressure. This dispute has arisen over the sale transaction of about 40 acres of land in the Koregaon Park (Mundhwa) area related to Parth Pawar's 'Amedia' company. In this regard, Vijay Kumbhar and social activist Anjali Damania held a joint press conference.
Anjali Damania's Aggressive Warning
While speaking at the press conference, Anjali Damania stated that the power of attorney related to this land shows Parth Pawar's photo and signature on every page. These documents are from the year 2021 and have been sent by some lawyers and related parties. She claimed that these documents also include chats, evidence of conversations, and contact with some officials.
She further said that even though all this evidence has been given to the police, no action has been taken against Parth Pawar yet. She also warned that if Ajit Pawar's resignation is not taken immediately, we will go to Pune and directly protest.
Allegations against Ajit Pawar too
Anjali Damania also clarified that Ajit Pawar may claim innocence, but evidence is emerging that some of his officials are involved in this case. We have references to conversations with the concerned officials, and a petition will soon be filed in court regarding this. She also stated that Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis will also be held responsible for this case. Due to these allegations, the land transaction case in Pune has once again become the center of discussion, and everyone is focused on the further investigation and action.
