Renowned filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has once again found himself at the center of controversy. A police complaint has been filed against him in Andhra Pradesh, accusing him of making social media remarks that allegedly hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindu community.

According to reports, Ram Gopal Varma is being accused of posting objectionable content on social media platforms, which some believe is anti-Hindu in nature. The complaint alleges that his comments are disrespectful and have caused outrage among certain sections of the public.

The complaint was lodged by Meda Srinivas, President of the Rashtriya Praja Congress, who has strongly condemned Varma’s statements. Srinivas termed the filmmaker’s posts as “highly objectionable” and has demanded immediate legal action.

“Ram Gopal Varma’s posts on social media are deeply offensive and have hurt the sentiments of millions. This cannot be ignored. We demand strict action,” said Meda Srinivas in his statement.

As of now, there has been no response from Ram Gopal Varma regarding the allegations. The police are yet to make an official statement on whether an FIR has been registered.

This is not the first time Ram Gopal Varma has drawn criticism for his outspoken views and controversial content online. The latest complaint adds to the list of legal and social disputes surrounding the filmmaker in recent years.
