Pune News: Three Accused Presented in Court in Kondhwa Case
The Pune Sessions Court has remanded the three accused in the Kondhwa murder case to police custody until November 7. Yesterday afternoon, on November 1, Ganesh Kale was murdered. Against this backdrop, three accused were presented in court by Kondhwa police today, including Aman Sheikh, Arbaaz Patel, and Mayur Waghmare, who were presented in the Pune Sessions Court.
These 2 minors have been taken into custody. A pistol and weapons have been seized. Meanwhile, according to the information received, the Andekar gang is directly linked to the murder that occurred yesterday. Also, in the incident that happened in the Kondhwa area yesterday, the deceased person's father has filed a complaint, and 9 accused have been identified in this crime, and a case has been registered against them.
The investigation is ongoing to determine the role of all the accused in the crime. A case has also been registered against Bandu Andekar. Additionally, the interrogation of all the accused is underway, and the source of the weapon used in the crime is also being investigated. In this case, the deceased Ganesh Kale had a case registered against him at the Kondhwa police station for illegal liquor sales.
