In the bustling Powai area of Mumbai, an incident involving a person named Rohit Arya holding some children hostage due to his pending demands not being fulfilled by the Maharashtra government has become a topic of discussion.

The Mumbai police encountered Rohit Arya, who had called 17 children for an audition in Powai and held them hostage. Meanwhile, as many revelations are coming to light regarding this encounter, questions are being raised about the police action. In this context, a police officer's claim has come into discussion.

On October 30, Rohit Arya held 19 people, including 17 minors, hostage in a studio in Powai for demands related to financial transactions. He told the police that he had taken the minors hostage for outstanding work in the education department.

During the three-hour hostage drama, a DCP officer tried to contact Rohit Arya's former school education minister, Deepak Kesarkar, to listen to his demands.

However, Deepak Kesarkar refused to contact Rohit Arya, as stated by a senior police officer. Later, while speaking about this, Kesarkar said, "Arya should speak to the concerned officials regarding the dues, and I refused to talk to him. I had no idea that this matter would become so serious."
