A severe accident occurred on the Solapur-Hyderabad National Highway at Dharashiv on Saturday. Five people died on the spot in this accident, while some were injured. According to preliminary information, this cruiser vehicle was traveling on the Solapur-Hyderabad Highway on Saturday morning. The passengers in this vehicle were heading from Solapur to Naldurg for a pilgrimage. At that time, in the Anandur area of Dharashiv (Dharashiv news), the tires of their jeep suddenly burst. After the accident, nearby citizens rushed to help immediately. Some citizens exerted effort to straighten the cruiser vehicle and extracted the bodies from it. According to the information received so far, five people have died in this accident, including three women. Seven to eight people have been seriously injured in this accident, so the death toll from the accident is likely to rise. The injured have been shifted to Solapur for treatment. It is understood that all the deceased and injured passengers in this accident are from South Ule, Solapur.

Due to the tires of this vehicle bursting, it became uncontrollable and collided with a tractor. The impact was so severe that one part of the vehicle was completely crushed. As a result of this severe collision, five people sitting in the vehicle died on the spot. Some citizens removed the bodies from the vehicle and placed them on the road, and then straightened the vehicle to rescue the other injured. Currently, rescue operations are underway by the police and local administration. At the time of the accident, more people than the vehicle's capacity were crammed inside, resulting in the death of five people and serious injuries to as many as 8 others.
