According to Raut, "Even in his own state, Eknath Shinde feels insecure," he warned.

Additionally, Raut commented on Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, saying, "Fadnavis is stubborn, I know him. Will Fadnavis make Shinde the mayor? And will Fadnavis accept a mayor from Shah's party?" He raised such a question. Political analysts believe that despite BJP's lead in the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, the role of the Shinde group is proving decisive.
