Shinde in Action Mode in Jain Boarding Case, Advised Dhangekar on 'Grand Alliance Unity'
The political atmosphere has heated up over the Jain Boarding case in Pune. Shinde group's leader and former MLA Ravindra Dhangekar has taken an aggressive stance in this matter, warning of an indefinite sit-in protest from October 27, 2025, until the Jain Boarding transaction is canceled. He has also accused Union Minister Muralidhar Mohol of being involved in this land transaction, adding to the troubles of the grand alliance.
Against this backdrop, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has communicated an important message to Dhange. While speaking to the media during his visit to Pune, Shinde said, “I have told Dhange that we should not create any disturbance in the grand alliance. We should not give any ammunition to the opposition.” He clarified that Dhange spoke based on the information he had, but now the matter is closed.
Shinde also praised Dhange. “Ravindra Dhange is a fighter by nature. He stands against injustice. He does not have a stance against the BJP,” said Shinde. He also expressed hope that the Jain boarding issue will be resolved soon.
In the backdrop of the upcoming local self-government elections, this issue has gained significant political weight. Although the issue raised by Dhange has created tension within the grand alliance, it appears that the government has currently adopted a 'defuse tension' policy. It will be important to see what exact decision is made in this matter in the coming days.
