A major train accident occurred in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh on Tuesday afternoon. The Korba Passenger MEMU train running on the Korba-Bilaspur route collided with a goods train in the Lal Khedan area. The railway will provide financial assistance of 10 lakh rupees to the families of the deceased, 5 lakh rupees to the seriously injured, and 1 lakh rupees to those with minor injuries.
