According to Amitabh Tiwari, the voter turnout in the 2017 Mumbai elections was 55 percent. He stated that this year's turnout will be around the same percentage. Therefore, according to this survey, it is almost certain that the BJP-Shiv Sena mayor will be seated in Mumbai.
