Rohit Pawar : Will the Pawar family reunite? Rohit Pawar said...
As the voting process for the district council and panchayat committee elections in the state is underway today, an emotional atmosphere was observed in North Pune district. For the first time since the accidental death of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, large-scale voting is taking place, and against this backdrop, the Pawar family seems to be reuniting. Voting started at 7:30 AM, and enthusiasm among voters is evident in many places.
Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was traveling from Mumbai to Baramati for district council and panchayat committee election campaigning when his plane crashed. In this horrific accident, he passed away, and a wave of mourning spread across Maharashtra. The Pawar family is overwhelmed with grief due to Ajit Pawar's demise. After his death, Sunetra Pawar has taken the oath as Deputy Chief Minister, and this decision has sparked many discussions in political circles.
Meanwhile, MLA Rohit Pawar exercised his right to vote with his family in Pimpali village today. While interacting with the media after voting, he reminisced about Ajit Pawar. Rohit Pawar said, “Dada's dream was that his workers should be elected in large numbers in the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections. Unfortunately, the dreamer is not with us today. Today it feels like this was his final dream. However, I am confident that the voters and workers will definitely fulfill that dream.”
Speaking about the Pawar family coming together again, Rohit Pawar said that Ajit Pawar always wished for the Pawar family to unite. “Pawar Saheb, Supriya Tai, all of us were making efforts in that direction. Today, without making any decision, we have all come together. The family seems to be coming together once again,” he expressed in emotional words.
Meanwhile, a video of Sharad Pawar, Parth Pawar, and Rohit Pawar is currently going viral on social media. When asked about this video, Rohit Pawar said, “We had an emotional discussion. Some things will have to be done in the coming time, but those discussions were not political.” He avoided speaking about Sunil Tatkare and also refrained from directly commenting on the issue of merger.
While talking about Sunetra Pawar, Rohit Pawar said, “I see Ajit Kaka in Sunetra Kaki.” He also made a suggestive statement that since the position of National President of the Nationalist Congress Party is vacant, he wishes that responsibility should go to Sunetra Pawar. This statement has sparked new discussions in the state's politics.
