After waking up in the morning, working for hours also makes many people feel tired. We can take home remedies to relieve fatigue. Anyone from children to adults in the house can take this remedy. Take good quality acacia gum. It blooms like a latte when fried in plain ghee.
If there is a bowl of dinka, then combine one bowl of salt powder, half a bowl of finely chopped sugar, two tablespoons of roasted poppy seeds, two tablespoons of roasted coconut.
Now fill the powder prepared by mixing with the help of a mixer in the box. Eat this mixture with a large spoon every morning and drink milk from above. Those with diabetes may add a little less sugar to it, but sugar helps to adopt this remedy. To get a better score, a quarter teaspoon of nutmeg powder and two teaspoons of saffron powder can be mixed in it.
