(Nashik) A case of fraud has been filed against Raosaheb Danve's grandson. A case has been registered against grandson Shivam Patil and eight others at Nashik's Satpur police station for fraudulently not paying ten crore rupees out of the amount to be given for partnership in the company's shares.

Kailas Aher, a BJP official and entrepreneur, has filed the case, and company owner Kailas Ahire had given partnership in their company to Raosaheb Danve's grandson and some others.

Even after giving the partnership, I did not receive my money. I had given 14% of the company's shares on the recommendation of Raosaheb Danve. In exchange for 14% shares, a transaction of 25 crore rupees was agreed upon, as stated by the company's owner Kailas Ahire.
