(Private Bus Ticket) On the occasion of festivals, many people travel to their hometowns or go on trips. However, during the festive season, it is observed that private bus operators significantly increase ticket prices. Many people find these ticket prices unaffordable. Complaints regarding these rising ticket prices are also being reported to the RTO.

In this context, a warning has been issued that action will be taken against bus operators if extra ticket prices are charged. From today, action will be taken against private travel operators who double passenger fares during Diwali.

It is reported that the RTO office will start taking action from today against this practice of exploiting passengers. It is observed that fares from Nagpur to Pune, which usually range from 1,000 to 2,000, have gone up to 4,000 to 5,000 during the Diwali period.

As a result, citizens have to travel by paying higher fares. While ticket reservations are ongoing for Diwali, it was necessary for the transport department to inspect the travels, but it is said that this was neglected. Now, it is important to see what action the RTO will take.
