(Eknath Shinde) The official Kartiki Ekadashi grand worship was completed today by the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, Eknath Shinde, along with his wife. The temple has been illuminated, and many devotees are seen arriving in Pandharpur for the darshan of Vithuraya. For the first time, students from the district council school had the opportunity to perform the grand worship with Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

The official grand worship of Vitthal Rukmini was completed at 2:30 AM today by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde made a major announcement in Pandharpur.

The Chandrabhaga River in Pandharpur is the holy Ganges for the Warkaris. Efforts are underway by the state government to make this Chandrabhaga permanently pollution-free, and as part of this, the Urban Development Department has approved the first phase of 120 crore rupees for Chandrabhaga pollution abatement, as informed by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today in Pandharpur.
