A BJP meeting was held at Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis' 'Varsha' residence to finalize Rajya Sabha candidates. This meeting of BJP's core committee was held late at night, and it is reported that discussions were held regarding the newly announced executive and Rajya Sabha candidacy.

In this meeting, Chief Minister along with Ravindra Chavan, Shivprakash, Chandrakant Patil, Chandrashekhar Bawankule, senior leader Raosaheb Danve, Sudhir Mungantiwar, Ashish Shelar, Pankaja Munde, Girish Mahajan, Atul Save, Amit Satam were present.

It is learned that 4 candidates will be given from BJP and the central leadership will make the final decision after discussing with Chief Minister Fadnavis.
