Latur : NCP and Chhava Sanghatna workers clash; City Shutdown Called for Today

A significant commotion occurred in Latur during the press conference of Sunil Tatkare, the state president of the Nationalist Congress Party. A fierce clash took place between the activists of the All India Chhava Organization and the Nationalist Congress Party. During the press conference, Chhava Organization activists protested by throwing cards, demanding the resignation of Agriculture Minister Manikrao Kokate.

In protest against the assault on Vijaykumar Ghadge, the regional president of the Chhava organization's farmer front, by NCP workers, a call for a shutdown in Latur city has been made today. It is reported that this shutdown has been called to demand action against the assailants and the immediate resignation of the state's Agriculture Minister Kokate.
