(Accident) A severe accident occurred between a container and a car in Ajintha Ghat of Sillod Taluka. The accident happened when a speeding truck loaded with iron rods hit the car from behind in Ajintha Ghat.

In this accident, a woman died and two were seriously injured. The incident occurred near Fardapur in the Ajanta Ghat on the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Jalgaon highway.

The car was crushed under the truck in the accident. Due to the accident, traffic was blocked on the highway for two hours. With the help of a crane, the truck and car were moved aside. The injured were admitted to the rural hospital for treatment.
