MLA Abdul Sattar Gets Court Relief, Cleared of Malpractice in Ambulance Distribution Case

(Abdul Sattar) MLA Abdul Sattar has been granted relief by the court. The First Class Magistrate Court in Sillod has cleared MLA Abdul Sattar of any malpractice in the distribution of ambulances from the local development fund.
In the 2014 case, it is noted that the court has dismissed the application stating that the allegations made by the complainant Ganesh Shankarlal Shankarpalli are not prima facie proven. The court clarified that the purchase and distribution of ambulances were done under the supervision of the District Collector and the District Planning Committee. The state government had also given approval as a special case on August 19, 2014.
