Today marks the beginning of Diwali. Against this backdrop, the dabbawalas will be on a 5-day leave. From October 20, the dabbawalas will be on holiday for the next five days. Notably, the dabbawalas usually take leave for the Pandharpur pilgrimage, village fairs, and occasional short holidays.
