Mahaparinirvan Diwas: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's 69th Mahaparinirvan Day

(Mahaparinirvan Diwas) Today is the 69th Mahaparinirvan Day of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. On this occasion, the crowd of followers has started increasing in the Shivaji Park area of Dadar, Mumbai. The administrative machinery is also ready for their management. On the occasion of Mahaparinirvan Day, a large number of Ambedkar's followers gather at Chaityabhoomi.

Against this backdrop, it is observed that the Mumbai Police are prepared to safely and smoothly conduct the 69th Mahaparinirvan Day of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. A thorough police arrangement has been organized, with the deployment of 3 Additional Commissioners of Police, 8 Deputy Commissioners of Police, 21 Assistant Commissioners of Police, along with 492 police officers and 4640 police personnel by the Mumbai Police Force.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has made extensive preparations for the followers arriving in large numbers at Shivaji Park, and important locations have been secured with police arrangements. Twenty ambulances have been kept ready to provide medical treatment and services to the followers. Shelter, cleanliness, medical services, and security arrangements have been maintained efficiently.
