Navi Mumbai: Drug Racket Worth 1.17 Crores Busted; Two Accused Arrested

(Navi Mumbai) As part of the campaign to make Navi Mumbai drug-free, the Narcotics Cell of Navi Mumbai Police on Friday uncovered a major drug racket in the Taloja Phase-2 area.

Two accused have been arrested in this case. Information has been received that a total of 1 crore 17 lakh 19 thousand 500 rupees worth of heroin and opium have been seized from the accused. A raid was conducted at the residence of the accused in Heritage Castle building, Taloja Phase-2, and a case has been registered against both accused at Taloja Police Station.
