(Fishing Boats) A low-pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal, creating storm conditions, and fishermen have been prohibited from going deep-sea fishing. Despite the warning, it is reported that 2 boats that went fishing at sea have drifted.

Out of the six boats that went fishing in the Arabian Sea, two boats have gone adrift, and 32 sailors are reported missing. There were a total of twelve sailors on these two boats. Pradeep Nakhwa, president of the Karanja Fishermen's Association, informed that two boats from Nava Shiva have gone adrift in the storm.

It is reported that the fishing boats Yashoda Krishna from Colaba, Mumbai, and Velankanni Mother from Vasai were saved while they were sinking in the sea.
