(Sina River) Heavy rain showers have been pouring in the state for the past few days. Villages along the riverbanks have been warned to be alert. Flood conditions have arisen in many villages, disrupting daily life and causing immense damage to farmers' crops.
Due to the continuous heavy rainfall in the district, the Sina River has flooded and the water flow has increased. In many villages of Madha, Karmala, Mohol, North Solapur, and South Solapur in Solapur district, water has entered again, and it is reported that water is being discharged into the Sina River at a rate of approximately 1 lakh 54 thousand cusecs.
The administration has issued a warning to the residents along the banks of the Sina River. If the heavy rain accompanied by stormy winds and lightning continues, it is expected that flood conditions may arise once again in many parts of the state. Today, the meteorological department has also issued a warning of heavy rain in many places.
