There is a possibility of cloudy weather in various parts of the state. Today, rain is forecasted in Konkan, as well as in central Maharashtra and Marathwada, with the possibility of rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in some places, according to the Meteorological Department.

Due to cyclonic winds in the Bay of Bengal, a low-pressure area is likely to form again near the coasts of Lakshadweep, Kerala, and South Karnataka by Sunday. Along with this, there is a possibility of light showers in Thane and Palghar districts, including Mumbai.
