Heavy Rain in Kolhapur; Radhanagari Dam Reaches 100% Capacity

The rain had taken a break for a few days, but now it seems to have started again. The intensity of the rain remains across the state, and the weather department has issued a rain alert in various districts. It appears that the rain has made a strong presence in most parts of the state.

In many places, due to heavy rain, rivers and streams are overflowing. It is anticipated that the intensity of the rain will increase further. In this context, it is observed that the intensity of rain has also increased in Kolhapur.

Heavy rain is occurring in the Radhanagari dam area, and the Radhanagari dam is 100 percent full. Two automatic gates of Radhanagari have been opened. It is reported that a warning has been issued to the villages along the riverbank.
