Ladki Bahin Yojana: State government eases e-KYC rules; The way to earn Rs 1500 per month is now open

The state government has made an important decision for the beneficiaries of the Chief Minister's My Beloved Sister Scheme, which is implemented for women's empowerment. Instructions have been given to conduct direct verification through Anganwadi workers to ensure that women who made mistakes in the e-KYC process can receive benefits again. This decision will provide significant relief to women who have not received the monthly benefit of 1,500 rupees for the past few months.

Minister Aditi Tatkare shared this information through a social media post, and these instructions have been issued to all district collectors. E-KYC was made mandatory to eliminate the list of bogus beneficiaries in the scheme, and a deadline was set until December 31, 2025.

Some women have had their benefits stopped due to incorrect e-KYC procedures. As a result, many beneficiaries are making rounds to banks or resorting to protests. Now, there will be direct verification through Anganwadi workers at the regional level, and those who meet the criteria will receive benefits again.

Minister Tatkare said, "This scheme is implemented for economic empowerment, health, and nutrition improvement. A direct verification path has been opened for women who selected the wrong option in e-KYC. After verification, those who meet the criteria will receive benefits." This decision will be beneficial for millions of women and ensure effective implementation of the scheme. After this verification, the list of beneficiaries will be updated, and the regular benefit of 1,500 rupees will be smoothly received. This step by the government is being met with satisfaction among women.
