While waiting for the December installment, there is now talk that both these installments might come together. Although there has been no official announcement from the state government, discussions have started about adding the January installment as well, and if all three installments come together, women are likely to receive 4500 rupees.
Delay in Installment Due to Elections
Municipal council and municipal elections will be held in the state tomorrow, and the results will be announced on December 21. During this period, money will not be deposited in women's accounts, so it is expected that installments will be deposited in January. There is widespread dissatisfaction as this delay is occurring while beneficiary women are waiting. It is expected that the government will soon clarify this matter.
KYC mandatory by December 31
To avail the benefits of the scheme, KYC is required, and December 31 is the deadline. Only women who complete KYC before this date will receive the next installment; otherwise, they will be excluded from the scheme. Women can easily complete KYC online via mobile or smartphone. As this scheme is important for millions of women, there is a demand for the government to make a quick decision.
The November and December installments have not yet been credited to the accounts of female beneficiaries.
There is a possibility of both installments being combined in January; an expectation of receiving ₹4500.
