Mundhwa Land Transaction Case
Only Announcement of Cancellation by Ajit Dada
No Actual Agreement of Cancellation, Information from Lokshahi Marathi Sources
(Mundhwa Land Scam) After the name of Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar came up in the 40-acre land deal case in Mundhwa, Ajit Pawar announced in a press conference that he is canceling the land transactions. However, it is being observed that discussions have started on when this transaction will actually be canceled.
To cancel this transaction, a cancellation agreement will have to be made. For this, the entire 7% stamp duty, i.e., 21 crore rupees, will have to be paid. Therefore, only after paying 42 crore rupees plus a penalty of approximately 3 lakh 60 thousand rupees, this transaction will be canceled.
At the time of purchase, Sheetal Tejwani and Digvijaysingh Patil, a shareholder of Amedia Enterprises LLP, were present. Therefore, it is being informed that both of them will have to be present to cancel the transaction. However, currently, two cases have been filed, and Sheetal Tejwani is absconding.
