Fourth Day of Maharashtra Assembly Monsoon Session

The monsoon session of the Maharashtra State Legislature, which began on June 30 and will continue until July 18, is entering its fourth day today. With a packed agenda and growing public concerns, the session is expected to witness intensified debates, particularly from the opposition benches.

As legislative proceedings unfold today, several pressing issues are scheduled for discussion. These include measures to combat malnutrition across the state, the long-pending disbursement of honorarium and incentive allowances for Anganwadi workers and their helpers, and the overdue salaries of employees working under the National Health Mission.

Additionally, topics such as the Jal Jeevan Mission's water supply implementation and discussions relating to the Chief Minister’s sister are also expected to be brought up on the Assembly floor.
